Door Range | Hinged and Sliding Doors
Ryan Chilling Group design and manufacture a wide range of Hinged and Sliding Doors. Our Doors are suitable for all aplications where reliability, durability, hygiene and insulation are required. All doors are uniquely designed and manufactured to the highest standards. The functionality and durability of all doors are well proven through out Ireland and the UK.

Door Range
Hinged Door
Hinged Chill door can be used in any application where temperature control is required (0+-50 Degrees). With the addition of door and frame heaters, this model can be used for deep freeze applications.
The door is manufactured using a buffer-type door blade, insulated with injected polyurethane foam, and an anodised aluminium steel profile. The blade has an recessed handle complete with key lock and an inside safety release. Blades can be mounted on a panel frame, wrap around PVC frame or a plant on frame.

Sliding
All our sliding doors come complete with canopy and wall mounted bottom door guide. All vulnerable components are made from stainless steel and fiber reinforced plastic. Suitable for temperature controlled areas (0+-50 Degrees). With the addition of door and frame heaters, this model can be used for deep freeze applications.
The door is manufactured using a buffer-type door blade, insulated with injected polyurethane foam, and an anodised aluminium steel profile. The doorwing has a practical internal and external handle and can be fitted with a sliding door lock.

Office Door
The "Office Door" can be used in almost all locations where a personnel door is required. Fitted as standard are sainless steel hinges and a hard wearing locking door handle. The complimentary frame is in satin aluminium with gasket fitted as standard.
The door is manufactured using a buffer-type door blade, insulated with injected polyurethane foam, and an anodised aluminium steel profile. The frame comprises of aluminium frame profiles as per the European standard.

To & Fro Door
The "To & Fro" door has being specifically designed to cope with pallet trucks, trolleys, or where heavy usage is encountered. Comprising a 40mm thick door blade incorporating a lexan porthole and 90 degree stay open hinges. The doors can be fitted as a single or double door unit. Botttom polyethelene protection and aeroplane wings can be fitted as an optional extra.

Glass Door
Our line-up thermal glass door product perfectly fits in all insulated panel and cold room installs. The 760mm wide door insert allows an easy and quick installation that requires minimual maintenance, with a maximum care for energy efficiency.
Thermal glass doors are available for normal and low temperature applications. In the case of low temperature applications heaters are provided in the door and frame.
All doors are fitted complete with all accessories (light, handles, gaskets etc.) Hinge positions are easily interchangable. Glass door Shelving is optional.
